Cheap plastic construction, the plug connection came apart just by pulling the unit out of the car panel socket. Great design and features, real but bad materials used in manufacturing process.

Broke really easily. Cheap don't get

This item requires an extreme amount of force to insert it into the power outlet of my vehicles. Some vehicles are old and some are newer but it is the same with all. I would not buy again for this reason. Once inserted it functions properly as does the on/off switch.
