Just a month ago I ordered a similar product which was good. However, I immediately switched to this because of the even higher quality and most importantly the on/off switch. All my other similar DC socket charger units continued to remain on at all times because my vehicle's cigarette lighter plug system is an always on system (as are a great many vehicles today). Even the pilot light of my plugged in devices can slowly drain a battery. Having a dedicated on/off switch allows me to make sure everything plugged into this car charger remains totally off with zero battery draw! This is the one you want folks!

Used this daily since I received it and it works exactly as it should. It is large so anyone with a small car or not a lot of space might find it too cumbersome (I have a Honda Odyssey). The on/off switch is fantastic. I used this to charge my phone and hook up my satellite radio. No complaints.

Quit working within a few months. would not recommend

This is a pretty handy device. I bot it because it had two cigarette lighter ports and because it had an on/off switch. It is quite large but other than the size I have no complaints. It is fairly difficult to get into the port, but then you can tighten it in so it won't slip out. This will come in handy during travels as I drive with both a dash-cam and GPS, both of which need a lighter port. This costs more than similar items, but I tried it because the reviews generally indicated that the other offerings tended to stop working quite quickly while this one is maybe a little bit better made and comes with a fuze that is replaceable.

Blue light is too bright, the day is normal, but at night is intolerable
