Door is not sturdy & can break really easy. I added a little super glue to the hinge and we haven't had any issues.

When I insert the batteries, the red light comes on. As a result, the batteries become run down after just a few days. I don't understand why this is happening.

This is a neat little product, but it's too good to be true for the price. It overheats way too easily, then stops working until it cools down. The feature to use batteries is a joke. Using 2 AA batteries, it will charge my phone for about %5 before they die. When plugged in, it doesn't seem to put out as much voltage as a standard wall brick. The car charger broke when opening it up, it no longer clicks in place. Would recommend you spend a bit of money for a better one. Could my product have been defective? Maybe, but I will never know.

Heats up easily, and difficulty battery charging

Great little charger. Nice Variety of options for a power source. Works Great and at a good price.
