It seems to loose the connection in the cigarette lighter easily. It also creates some interference /static with my radio. The design is great, but I would not recommend this device for the reasons stated.

Worst product I have ever received. This does not work in any of the 5 cars I own. It is not stable. Any bump ends the connection. However , if you like to be frustrated, this is the product for yoi

I love the on/off switch feature. Product works great. Unfortunately, I didn't understand how to adjust the angle (you have to hold down a button) so I accidentally broke the main part away from the pocket part. It's literally hanging together by the wire but still works!!
