Broke into pieces the first time I plug it. Quaility is very cheap. Had to return it.

Good but the fuse broke very fast

First, I got a "charger" that does not charge; neither of the USB ports worked.

Second, I had requested a replacement but, I realized this item is just too cheap to even consider owning and decided to cancel any replacement.

Since the 12V sockets were working, I thought I would try it while waiting for a replacement. In the meantime, I have other 12V USB chargers which I could use in the sockets. Originally I wanted to eliminate corded USB chargers and use this PowerUP charger to save time and space. Well, that is impossible because this item is so bulky, it is in the way of most vehicle console controls. Plus, it is so flimsy I know it will easily break. I am a very careful person and, even with much care, this item will not withstand the test of time/longevity.

Also the tightening nut and angle adjusting release button are very badly designed (located) where the angle release button is in the way of the tightening nut. To completely loosen the nut/cigarette lighter connector prongs, you have to depress (hold down) the angle release button to unscrew the nut fully to make it possible to insert into vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. And both of these moving parts are made of lightweight plastic. Moreover, trying to work with these parts in such tight quarters makes it nearly impossible to get the nut to spin.

Overall, this is good idea for a (on/off) switched power port but it is poorly designed and made with inferior materials. Words I read in other reviews apply: Cheap, Bad quality, Poor quality, Manufacturer malfunction, Piece of crap, and my favorite, Frustratingly bad!

Nice product, I knew it was big, but, it did not fit where I needed it (bigger than I thought). Otherwise good product, 4 stars because it was my fault not to take measurements before buying.

Works great- Like the ability to secure it in the socket on the console.
